President, Jim Rankin is an entrepreneurial senior executive with over 30 years business and executive management experience gained in the finance, insurance, real estate development and natural resource sectors.
Jim is the principal of Eastland Management Ltd., a successful Vancouver BC based company providing advisory services to both private and public companies specializing in mergers and acquisitions and optimizing investment opportunities. Jim is focused and committed to enhance and optimize Qualitas' corporate assets through a combination of direct investment and development of joint venture opportunities. Jim will leverage his experience in having successfully negotiated numerous agreements and financings to ensure Qualitas' continued growth. |

Vice-President, CFO. Angie Stanta is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA); with over 15 years' experience providing accounting and business advisory services to both private and public companies. Angie received her CMA in 2003 and since then, has worked with businesses to streamline operations, maximize efficiency, improve financial reporting and record keeping.
Previous to obtaining her accounting designation, Angie was a geologist, working on various exploration projects throughout BC and Yukon. Angie was also mine geologist at a producing silver mine in the NWT and subsequently was involved in performing mine evaluations on previously producing mines throughout BC. Angie is responsible for all aspects of geological field and work programs in addition to providing all corporate and client financial statements. |
